Dear Suzette, Greetings From Bright Future Training Institute! We are glad to assist you upon your inquiry about Library course. Well, ITIL is the Information Technology Infrustructre Library- which deals with IT service mangement. This course is recomended for those who work at supervision level of IT Service management e.g( IT Manager, Service Manager, Operation Manager or IT supervisor). I am afriad that the unit may not be counted to your Library course, as your field is totally different than IT industry.
