Hi, I am working as a secretary in IT dept. and I've been engaged to the Service Desk for quite sometime then I've got to know about the Information Technology Infrastructure Library. I would like to know if the ITIL Foundation training is right for me

    ITIL is a framework for IT service management. Since you are working in service desk, ITIL will give you the guidlines and techniques how to get efficiency and improvemnet in your day to day operations. The use of ITIL strategies and processes are very critical these days as there is high impact (positive / negative) of IT on almost all the businesses .
