Course Overview
The IELTS testing system uses very specific assessment criteria that many so-called preparation courses do not consider. For example the IELTS testing system favors strategies of well prepared recital or written recall so our course focuses on techniques designed to help you gain your best possible score.
The IELTS testing system tests the four primary language skills reading, writing, speaking and listening. This course reviews essential grammar and vocabulary strategies as well as coaching students with focused strategies in the 4 skills.
Who is this course for?
This is not a Beginner’s English course. This course assumes you have at least an overall IELTS level of 4.5 and are looking to improve to 5.0 or better There are 2 versions of IELTS, Academic and General.
The Academic Version is intended for those who want to enroll in universities and other institutions of higher education and for professionals such as medical doctors and nurses who want to study or practice in an English-speaking country.
The General Version is intended for those planning to undertake non-academic training or to gain work experience, or for immigrations purposes.
