Preparation for IELTS

Course details

IELTS stands for International English Language Testing system.  This program provides preparation for the listening and speaking modules, which all candidates take, and also for the Academic Reading and Writing modules, which are normally taken by candidates intending to use English for study purposes.

Moreover, the aim of the course is to prepare students for taking the IELTS test by teaching strategies necessary for this exam. It also familiarizes students with the structure of the test and what tasks they may be expected to complete and how they can develop an accurate time management in order to finish all the questions on time.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, trainees will be able to:

1. Apply reading techniques to scan and skim texts quickly, and to find the main points.
2. Produce formal, academic writing which is clear, organized and concise.
