First Learning & Training Centre (FLTC) was incorporated on 8 May 2003 by a team of individuals that have more than 10 years of experience in human resource development. FLTC is supported by a team of experienced trainers who are acquainted with the cultural diversities and needs of the children and their parents in Singapore. FLTC's training programmes are designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge in early childhood education through hands-on activities, group discussions and mentoring by our team of experienced lecturers and practicum supervisors. FLTC seeks to maximise the potential of early childhood professionals and that the early childhood educators will demonstrate professional knowledge, abilities, disposition, values, and attitudes regarding child development and learning.
