SST oers excellent safety skills training services world-wide, delivering internationally recognized training programs and specialist Aquatic Safety consultancy by our experienced team of safety professionals.

SST only provides internationally recognised training programmes developed by ECSI (Emergency Care & Safety Institute USA, American College of Emergency Physicians www.ECSInstitute.org) and ILTPTM (International Lifeguard Training Programme, Je Ellis & Associates)

SST Training Courses and Services include:

International Lifeguard Training Program (ILTPTM):

An Ellis & Associates program designed to meet water safety needs for all clients.

Water Safety Plus Training:

Supplemental Responder Training that provides basic water safety skills for inpiduals who work in and around aquatic environments.

First Aid Training:

Provides the skills and knowledge to certify inpiduals in First Aid and fulfill workplace training and health and safety requirements.

Health Care Provider CPR and AED:

Providing Adult, Child and Infant One and Two person CPR, Foreign Body Airway Obstructions (FBAO) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) skills.

PedFACTS (Pediatric First Aid Program):

A course designed to give caregivers and teachers the education and confidence that they need to care eectively for sick or injured children. 

BLAST! (Babysitting program includes First Aid & CPR):

Exciting and interactive, providing extensive training in pediatric first aid, household safety, and the fundamentals of childcare.

In-Service Training:

Training provided on a regular and on-going basis for the purpose of maintaining skills and comfort level, as skills diminish without practice.

Readiness Reviews (Audit):

Service for employers that provides a snapshot of their ability to handle an Aquatic Emergency and assess safety skills learned and implemented.

Bespoke Client Services:

Development of bespoke training programmes for specific clients, dependent on their own needs for Lifeguard training, CPR, First Aid, In Service and Readiness Reviews. Delivering the training sessions at the clients’ facilities.

Consulting:

Professional advice and guidance in the creation and development of Aquatic facilities, Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans.

Richard Carroll - Founding Partner - Safety Skills Training JLT

Richard is also the Senior Vice President of Operations for Je Ellis & Associates, providing aquatic safety and risk management services for over 1000 international clients in the aquatic industry: lifeguard training, aquatic safety operational auditing, aquatic facility safety inspections, accident investigation.

Richard has over 27 years experience training ILTP and ECSI training programmes around the world and operating facilities with ILTP trained sta. Richard is also an ILTP and ECSI Instructor Trainer and developed the Leadership Training, Operational Audit and Lifeguard Vigilance Awareness Training Programmes at Ellis & Associates. As a Director and Partner in SST, Richard is responsible for the development of the training programmes and client services, ensuring the integrity of the training delivered by SST in the Middle East.

Bryan Banner - Director of Operations - Safety Skills Training JLT.

The Training Management is run by SST’s Director of Operations, Bryan Banner. Bryan has over 11 years experience running ILTP and ECSI training programmes in the USA and in the Middle East. He is an Associate and an ILTPInstructor Trainer licensed by Ellis & Associates. With over 5 years experience in the UAE working as an Operations Manager for Jumeriah Group of Hotels, Bryan brings extensive and unrivalled training experience to the Management Team.

SST is fully certified to provide training services by both Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services and the Knowledge & Human Development Authority Dubai and oers programs from ECSI and Ellis & Associates.
