Course Overview
Programme Goal
Students will learn successful strategies on work place reporting, employee relationships and how to craft e ective Human Resources (HR) policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to support a company’s mission and vision. The students will learn to evaluate company employment.

Graduates
Graduates will be eligible to work in a specialist support or coordinator role in the Human Resources department of a business or government agency. Graduates will be able to take responsibility for others and participate in work teams.
Work Placement
All students complete a period of work placement before graduation. Guest speakers and external visits are arranged to increase the students, knowledge of the business world.
