SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) can be taken even by fresh graduates with a basic understand of HR function. Since you are already persuing HR Management course you can certainly take SAP HCM.

We do not think it is a good idea to take an SAP course unless you are operating in a company that runs SAP or are looking at working as an SAP consultant. The return on your investment would be quite low in this case.  We would suggest a Psychology based Leadership course such as our First Line Leader program as it is based heavily on the intricacies of human resource management. 

Dear depends on your interest, SAP is the fastest growing and high paid software.
If you are an HR person you can either take SAP HCM (human capital management) course which cover complete HR functionality in SAP HCM

SAP has recently bought another company called SuccessFactors that has more functionality for HR. And within couple of years most of the HCM implemented companies will migrate to SAP SUCCESSFACTORS. And SAP itself is branding SAP SF now.

If you are looking for better career i would recommend you SuccessFactors because it is new in market with 0 competition
