    Dear it depends on your field of education and working background
    SAP R/3 software has several modules; finance, material management, sales and distribution, HCM, etc. HR related people or people with MBA HR will go for SAP HCM human capital management.

    Incase you are looking for a common training which covers almost all modules then better go for SAP Business One software. This is used for small to mid scale industries. In SAP Business one we have 4 modules, Finance, Logistics, HR and implementation.

    In SAP Business One only 1 consultalt (or 2 to 3) has to carryout whole project.
    In SAP R/3 each consultant will lookafter for only his module (finance conultant for finance module, MM for MM, HR for HCM)
