All food enterprises must ensure that they have established an acceptable food safety management system based on HACCP principles on their facilities, as required by law.As a manager or supervisor, it is your responsibility to participate in the HACCP system's planning phases and ensure that all employees in the workplace operate safely and follow to food safety controls.
The student will understand the relevance of HACCP-based food safety management systems, identify all potential risks during the food preparation and production process, and implement and monitor a new food safety management system in the workplace in our HACCP Level 3 course.
