A Food Safety Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the overall food safety of a business. If you are currently working in the food industry or want to be a part of food safety department, the course is designed for you.The Food Safety Supervisor course includes in-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety. The course teaches you the basics of food safety, the Food Safety Legislation, Microbiological Hazards, and the Contamination and Its Prevention. Next, you will learn about the Food Safety Management issues so that you can able to manage the food safety of an organisation. Finally, you will learn the role of a food supervisor.
The purpose of the course is to introduce you to the food safety legislation and standards that are mandatory to the food business.
