يتطلب مناخ العمل في عالم اليوم أشخاصًا قادرين على إدارة رأس المال البشري، وماجستير إدارة الموارد البشرية عبارة عن برنامج متخصص يركز على الإدارة الفعالة للموارد البشرية في المؤسسات.
يقدم هذا البرنامج للدارسين فرصًا فريدة للدراسة المتقدمة في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية، وكذلك فرصًا لتنمية المهارات القيادية على المستويين الشخصي والمهني. كما يهدف إلى تطوير مهارات صناعة القرارات، والوعي المالي، والتفكير الاستراتيجي لدى الدارسين.

- خلق بيئة تدعم التطور الأكاديمي والمهني والشخصي والنجاح للدارسين في ماجستير إدارة الموارد البشرية

- تحليل دور إدارة الموراد البشرية في دعم استراتيجية المؤسسة
