How to safely rescue if someone trapped in a tower crane

At the metropolitan skyline and you'll see many of tower cranes. Such cranes run anywhere from 86+ feet in height; when attached to a building, they can be more than 400 feet in height.
Operators of these cranes work in a booth or cab located at or near the top of the crane. If they require medical assistance, you'll need to access them via ladders and know how to remove them from the cab.

There are two key personnel in tower crane operations: the operator and the bellman. The operator works in the cab and, due to the height and energy required to make the climb, they often stay in the cab their entire shift. The bellman works below and serves as the operator's eyes for the operation.
