- Demonstrate your understanding of incident types, records, risk assessment matrix and the Bow-Tie concept of risk management
- Explain the impact of human factors in incident investigation
- Demonstrate an understanding of Tripod Trees in relation to incident and accident investigation
- Prepare incident reports
