How it Works

Candidates seeking to attain a Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) certificate should already be holding a Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) award.

Candidates would have to undergo a series of classes to gather knowledge on course content, before sitting for an examination that would test knowledge of major business functions, management principles and techniques. A score of 70% is needed to pass the exam.

Candidates who attain this degree will be in a better position to move to a managerial position, as the certificate aims to develop and perfect performance and operational guidelines which in turn improves the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management to the best possible standards.

In this section you will also find Certified International Purchasing Manager (CIPM) hosted by the IPSCMI - USA.
