(Question asked by Umair on February 28, 2018)

Good Day Umair! Yes you are eligible to take CCNA Routing and Switching even you do not have any background in IT or Networking since this course does not require anything. But if incase you are interested with other courses like CCNA Security or CCNA Wireless you first need to finish and be certified in CCNA Routing and Switching.

Networking is a vast domain. You may start with CCNA. If you are passionate about Network security and interested in learning how to hack into a network and exploit systems, you can take up Certified Ethical Hacker v9 (from EC-Council).

I am working in a security company as a control room operator in mall. Can you suggest me any course to grow in the security field?
(Question asked by Ahamed on February 20, 2018)

Hi Ahamed, Since, you are more into implementing and monitoring physical security systems, PSP certification could be your area of interest.  CISSP certification has 8 domains of which only 1 domain is physical security.
