Course details

Project plus is a new training course designed for Etisalat Academy as part of continuous endeavors to enrich the training portfolio.

The training course is targeting inpiduals interested in acquiring knowledge and practical skills, in areas of Project Management, at the start up levels; and to prepare them for the CompTIA Project plus certification exam.

This course covers the fundamentals of project management. It covers areas in pre-project setup; project planning; project execution and delivery; change, control, and communication; as well as project closure.

Expected Accomplishments

After the completion of the course, the participants would be able to:
