Learning Methodology
Videos and a self-study component are included in the programme to enhance learning.
Who Should Attend
Supervisors, team leaders and section leaders in charge of a team, with ‘O’ Level to ‘A’ Level qualifications are encouraged to attend this course.
Participants who have successfully completed the Fast Forward Successful Supervision course with at least a “B” grade can proceed to the National Certificate in Supervision (NCS) – Part 2 course. Please note that SDF subsidy is not available for exemption cases for the National Certificate in Supervision.
