Course Overview
This workshop is targeted for human resource (HR) professionals and anyone who wishes to build good HR partnerships. It brings the true art and science of HR business partnerships and gives professionals opportunities to develop the practices of the actual implementation of the process and what it takes for every organization’s Human Resource Personnel to understand and work with the business and bring employees to the extra mile. Participants will be able to recognize the importance of HRM and Business Partnerships in organizations; adopt human resources principles, policies and practices to the business; explain how human resources management enhances the success of an organization; and evaluate current practices and future trends in HRM.
