Human Resources Development Managers provide the specialised services needed by other management team members to make the most effective use of the human resources development opportunities within an organisation. The Higher Diploma: Commerce: Human Resources Development provides you with knowledge of advanced training methods, key trainer skills, specialist training situations and organisational development. The programme therefore has a strong emphasis on the development function whilst retaining a strong foundation relating to business acumen and generic human resources principles and practice.

Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent NQF 5 qualification or 4 years verifiable and relevant working experience.
