    This course covers all aspects of the English Language: grammar, usage, reading, writing, listening and speaking. Great importance is placed on oral communication and materials are both relevant and stimulating.

    A range of pedagogical teaching practices are used to ensure students reach their full potential when trying to master a new language.

    English Progression

    Students are given a placement test when they arrive in Ireland to ensure that they are placed in the appropriate level for their ability. Every 6 weeks, during their programme, students are given a progression test to ensure that the student is always in a quality learning environment.

    Diploma in International Trade Purpose

    To enable learners with an appreciation of the theoretical knowledge and practical activities which facilitate International Trade, such that the learner can perform effectively in an import/export role.

    Diploma in International Trade Aims

    Ensure that learners understand the theory of International Trade and be able to apply them to real-world situations. Learners will be able to:

    • Consider in detail all aspects of the import/export process.
    • Appreciate the significance of imports/exports to the domestic economy.
    • Explore the factors affecting International Trade.
    • Understand the transport implications for goods for import/export.
    • Become familiar with import/export rules for different markets.
