This course will be delivered through Insights, an APMG accredited training organisation.

- Recognise the factors which enable successful projects
- Describe the main PRINCE2® components, processes & techniques
- Describe the key PRINCE2® management products
- Recognise PRINCE2® terminology
- Prepare for and take the PRINCE2® Foundation & Practitioner Exams

This course is accredited by APM Group
The course addresses all aspects of PRINCE2® (components, processes and techniques) and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques that are left open within the method. The event includes practical pre-examination work where the instructor will review the delegate’s work and provide feedback to better enable the delegate to pass the examination.
Examination and Certification
The Foundation exam is a one-hour multiple-choice paper. The Practitioner exam runs for 2.5 hours with open-book and with 80 questions and a 44 pass mark (55%) needed to pass. All successful delegates will receive the PRINCE2®
Foundation and Practitioner certificates from the APM Group.

Your Instructor
All instructors are practising Project Managers, with many years of experience managing projects of varying size. All instructors are themselves “Registered PRINCE2® Practitioners” and have been additionally approved by the APM Group to deliver the event.
