Course details
If you can speak basic English but want to get better this English course for intermediate learners isjust right for you. This course is designed to bring you up to IELTS band 4. What will that be like? You will be able to use basic grammatical patterns smoothly and to communicate in using only English. During this intermediate course we will also make a start with academic writing. Every Friday you will apply what you learnt in presentations group discussions and role plays. Some of the topics: "What would you do with S$10 million?" popular food and drinks making reservations. This course does not qualify for a student pass. The course fee includes Fee Protection Scheme fees. You will need to show you have medical insurance. If you don't we can help you to sign up for insurance. Depending on your level you can combine this course with the Standard English intermediate-oral or the Standard English upper intermediate course.
