Eligibility / Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 year's executive experience, OR Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) or National Diploma in Human Resource Management of the Institute of Personnel Management, Sri Lanka (IPM) with 5 years of work experience in HRM, OR CEOs with five years of experience in the current post with proven track record in management, OR Any other professional qualifications acceptable to the Senate of OUSL.
