Course Description:The course provides a practical approach toward employment equity in the workplace.
Employment Equity is a legislative requirement and forms part of equity which is the cornerstone for sustainable growth in organisations.
The course will specifically focus on various tools and processes in implementing employment equity in the workplace.
How attendees will benefit?
After completion of the programme, delegates will be able to:
- plan for employment equity within an organisation;
- successfully complete the EEA2 forms for the Department of Labour;
- implement employment equity in various human resource functions;
- provide advice to line managers regarding employment equity issues in their respective organisations; and learn to prepare and analyse employment equity.

The programme covers the following topics:
- This course focuses on the legislative and practical application of employment equity in the workplace. That is the drafting of an employment equity plan, implementing employment equity within the organisation and compiling employment equity documents for submission to the Department of Labour.
