In conjunction with Syzygal, Specialised Management Group an APMG Licenced Affiliate and a Globally Registered Education Provider (REP^®) with the Project Management Institute (PMI®). All our courses carry Professional Development Units credits (PDU's) for Internationally Certified Examinations in the Program and Project Management fields through Prometric® Examination. 

The PRINCE2 Practitioner Blended boot camp will consist of

• Fully accredited self-paced PRINCE2 e-Learning (brushing up your PM knowledge and explaining the PRINCE2 methodology)
• 2 Day Instructor led Classroom PRINCE2 Practitioners course
• Official PRINCE2 Practitioner exam; paper based at the end of the course
• Official PRINCE2 Manual – required for the exam
• Fully accredited courseware for both the PRINCE2 foundation and Practitioner
• 35 PDU in total for the e-Learning and classroom course

Did you know that if you are already holding a PMP or CAPM certification, that you can fast track to PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification? AXELOS have given PMI professionals a waiver for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam when perusing the PRINCE2 Practitioner. Achieving the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification will enable you to:

• Establish an understanding of project processes including how to apply them and how to tailor them within a project environment; specifically: Starting up a project, Directing a project, Initiating a project, Managing stage boundaries, Controlling a stage, Managing product delivery and Closing a project

It is now widely known that PMBOK and PRINCE2 are not competing practices, PMBOK is the body of knowledge furnishing a professional with the skills and techniques to be a project manager, whilst PRINCE2 delivers the methodology to manage the project itself. PMP certification can deliver the competence required to deliver successful projects, while PRINCE2 provides the detailed processes, roles and responsibilities and template.  Combining the two approaches would give project managers a powerful tool set to deliver project successfully.
