• Describe and apply a four-step organization development process.
• Review and practice skills needed to be a successful change agent.
• Explain different approaches used by internal and external OD consultants.
• Demonstrate and apply seven maxims of effective organizational change.
• Design diagnostic models and surveys needed to analyze change efforts.
• Review and avoid top mistakes made by OD consultants.
• Introduce and institutionalize change efforts in real organizations.
