Course Overview
The MBA (Law) is designed to consolidate your management skills and to expose you to modern practices across a wide range of management disciplines. This MBA will provide you with the opportunity to develop your expertise in law, and specifically in Managing Contract Risk and Ethics and Law. You will learn how to contrast legal and ethical aspects of managerial decisions, as well as how to anticipate risk and develop risk management strategies to minimise it.
