Hi.. I am an Oracle ERP Consultant.. I would like to take a certification in SAP.. that would cover both functional and technical aspects Could you pls suggest which would be the right course for me?

Dear it depends on your field of education and working background
SAP R/3 software has several modules; finance, material management, sales and distribution, HCM, etc. HR related people or people with MBA HR will go for SAP HCM human capital management.

Incase you are looking for a common training which covers almost all modules then better go for SAP Business One software. This is used for small to mid scale industries. In SAP Business one we have 4 modules, Finance, Logistics, HR and implementation.

In SAP Business One only 1 consultalt (or 2 to 3) has to carryout whole project.
In SAP R/3 each consultant will lookafter for only his module (finance conultant for finance module, MM for MM, HR for HCM)
