Lanka Institution of Fitness and Nutrition (LIFN) is the pioneering education institute which has the recognition from the government under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skill Development. Our registration number is PO1/0461.We have been registered since 2009.

LIFN is the first ever accredited institute of the physical Fitness Trainer NVQ Level 4 . we are happy to say that more 100 national qualified physical fitness trainers have been provided to the nation since 2014

Lanka institute of fitness and nutrition is the official educational institute of Gym Association of Sri lanka . we are conducting competency bases training courses for physical fitness trainers , body building instructors , Aerobic group fitness trainers and sport messieurs .

Also our bodybuilding instructing course is approved and signed by the General secretary of World Bodybuilding an Physique sport federation.
