Course details
The brain treats many needs as rewarding and motivates the individual to pursue the fulfilment of these needs. On this course, as a manager you’re taught how to understand the needs that are most important to members of your team and to orchestrate work to provide more opportunities to pursue those needs, thus providing motivation.
You’ll also be taught how to minimise the likelihood of threats impacting a sense of reward or frustrating that pursuit. In addition, you’ll gain an understanding of how this is a balancing act across individual and organisational needs and how you must, therefore, think more about “What motivates this person?” and less about “How much money do I need to give them?”
As a leading UK training provider, and world-wide operator, Global Edulink is well placed to know that globalization, increasing competition and the movement of talent around the world means employers must ensure people are adequately motivated and rewarded. This has become a competitive advantage as numerous studies show the link to productivity and bottom line results.
