Course details

On this course, as a manager you’re taught how to understand the needs that are most important to members of your team and to orchestrate work to provide more opportunities to pursue those needs, thus providing motivation.

In addition, you’ll gain an understanding of how this is a balancing act across individual and organisational needs and how you must, therefore, think more about “What motivates this person?” and less about “How much money do I need to give them?”
