Course details
The aim of this course is to train the participants’ essential need for the Work-Life Balance and how it affects the employees’ productivity and effectiveness. It also enables the participants to link between the work stresses and their influence on the personal health.
Learning outcomes
By the completion of this course, learner will be able to:
- Understand the definition of the Work-Life Balance
- Identify sources and effects work stresses
- Understand the health influences of work stresses
- Identify the relationship between the work-life balance and the employees’ productivity

This course is an introduction to an expected Unit on Organizational Behavior equivalent to NQF Level 5
