PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) offers a process-based approach to project management that provides an easily tailored and scalable methodology for managing all types of projects.

Eligibility / Requirements
Basic project management training or equivalent experience is required.Participants should prepare for the course with eight to ten hours of pre-course reading and study for approximately two hours each evening during the training.
