Course details
This course is aimed at instructors and personal trainers wishing to be able to practically apply safe, effective and challenging kettlebell training which explores the Tri-Planar nature of human movement. This course will build upon the introductory Kettlebell Instructor Training course offered by Premier, developing your technical ability with kettlebells and greatly expanding the repertoire of exercises available to you.

- An overview of the nature of tri-planar human movement
- Integration of kettlebell lifts into tri-planar movement
- Correct use and teaching of tri-planar kettlebell exercises
- Incorporating movement pattern preparation drills
- Tri-planar kettlebell exercises and programme design
Entry Requirements
A minimum ofa REPs accredited Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is required and students must have completed the Premier one day introductory course Kettlebell Instructor Training or equivalent for acceptance on this course. It is recommended that students are actively working in the health and fitness industry with a range of clients.
How will I be assessed?
Students are practically assessed on day 2 of the workshop.
Will I recieve a certificate of completion?
On completion students will receive a Premier Certificate in Master Kettlebell Instructor Training.
This workshop is also worth 10 UAE REPs CPD points / 16 UK REPs CPD points.
