ICS Skills is pleased to offer the QQI module Training Delivery and Evaluation.
This module introduces the processes and practicalities of training delivery; including the role of the trainer, factors which influence training effectiveness, and legislative considerations in training. The module then explores evaluation techniques and approaches, as well as best practice in delivering feedback.
The course is ideal for anyone who wishes to get involved in training, for those who wish to gain more insight into the training process, for those holding training responsibilities within their organisation, and for those who wish to obtain a QQI Level 6 training qualification.
The programme is scheduled over 4 full days of classroom-based tuition and practical activities, plus up to an additional 100 hours of self-directed learning, research, and written exercises. An assignment portfolio and video will be produced as evidence of training competence.
At the end of the programme, learners will have acquired the theory, skills, and competencies required to successfully deliver and evaluate training interventions.
Candidates who successfully meet all learning outcomes will obtain the QQI Level 6 component award in Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326).
