Time Management:

The objective of this course is to help participants realize some of the causes and outcomes of their ineffective use of time, and to implement a developmental plan to manage their time more effectively.

  • Gain lasting skills to tackle procrastination
  • Handle high pressure, crisis situations with ease
  • Learn to organize the workspace for efficiency and productivity
  • Master when & how to delegate for maximum productivity
  • Set daily rituals for better productivity

  • All levels of staff that are time challenged

Course Structure

  • This course is highly practical and participative, and will use interactive training methods including a combination of lecturing; group discussion/exercises; assessment surveys and questionnaires; case studies; role-play activities; and video based learning

Stress Management:

  • This course focuses on the nature and causes of stress. Work-related stress is discussed in more details with a focus on solutions to reduce stress thus, leading to a better working environment.
  • Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all of our lives. The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress. This workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation, as well as a toolbox of personal skills, including using routines, relaxation techniques, and a stress log system.

  • Master the three "A's" of a stressful situation: Alter, Avoid, Accept
  • Learn what lifestyle elements can be changed to reduce stress
  • Use routines to reduce stress
  • Learn environmental & physical relaxation techniques

  • Learn how to use a stress log to identify stressors & create a plan to reduce or eliminate them

  • Any person who finds difficulty in coping with work stress
