Systems Development
This module introduces the basic concepts of structural methods of systems and data analysis and covers:
- Systems development life cycle
- Dataflow diagrams
- Entity modelling
- Normalization
- Analysis and design of a real organisation system
It is delivered by distance learning, with five 1 day tutorials.
Project Management Essentials
This certificate introduces students to basic principles of Project Management based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge. The course will introduce the project management, project planning and people management in projects and will include three modules:
- Project Work and Its Management
- Methodologies and Frameworks for Project Management
- Projects in Organisations
