Course details
Busy professionals are faced with decisions to be made on a day-to-day basis. Many, when faced with a problem, do not know where to begin to solve it. In addition, many are unsure if a decision they have made was the right one.
In this programme, participants will learn problem-solving techniques that equip them to make rational decisions. They will be introduced to decision-making tools that help then define the issues and analyse possible solutions.
Participants will also learn brainstorming techniques to help generate ideas and possible solutions. They will be introduced to cognitive biases that affect the decision-making process, and issues of group decision-making. This course will prepare executives to be more effective and make better decisions in their dynamic work environment.
