This course will provide field sales people with “Best Practice” selling skills and help re-energise experienced sales people. On completion of the course the delegates will have a good understanding of the following selling skills:

  • Opening the Sales Call & Identifying Customer Requirements
  • Customer Behaviour & Presenting Benefits
  • Handling Objections & Closing the Sale

The course is delivered in a realistic and practical style that motivates the learner to turn the theory of the training modules into reality when they return to the work place.
