WSQ ES Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4 or equivalent.

Assessment
Competency Based Assessment for the WSQ Certificate in Hotel and Accommodation Services (Housekeeping) may include Practical Performance, Role Plays, Oral Questioning, Workplace Observation, Written Questions, Industry Research Projects and/or feedback from workplace Supervisors.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this WSQ course, participants will receive a WSQ Certificate in Hotel and Accommodation Services.
Articulation
For progression, participants can pursue a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Hotel and Accommodation Services (Supervisory level) and a Diploma in Tourism (Managerial level).
