Working in partnership with course managers across SP’s academic schools, CASS has designed a range of language and communication modules to hone specific skills, from presentation and report writing to listening and conflict management. Extensive use of case studies, role-play and hands-on activities allows you to sharpen your skills in authentic settings and situations.

- Aims to equip students with the necessary skills to develop self-confidence in their spoken and written interactions with intended audiences for specific purposes, in informal contexts.
