Leading from the Middle’ is that is fully dedicated to support the leadership development of middle managers in transition. At each transition, individuals face significant challenges which demand a shift in perspective and an expanded skill set. This programme offers premium leadership content conducted by experienced facilitators, and seeks to support middle managers by providing a dedicated space for you to focus on your personal leadership development.
OBJECTIVES
