The aim of the Diploma in Law, which is developed and delivered at SSTC Institute is to provide successful students with the opportunity to progress on to further studies.
The Diploma in Law is a rigorous academic programme. Students develop their knowledge, understanding and subject-specific skills in areas of substantive English law, together with key academic and transferrable skills. Students’ English Language competency is developed to a minimum level of IELTS 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each of the four subsets. Throughout the Diploma, students’ key academic and transferrable skills are developed and enhanced to ensure a seamless transition to English higher education.
The Diploma is delivered through lectures, tutorials and workshops.

ASSESSMENT/EXAMINATIONS
Assessment is by way of tutorial discussion, presentation, unseen examination, portfolio writing, mooting and assignments.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 ’O’ Level or equivalent qualifications, including English.
- At least 17 years old on the date of admission.
