The Course

This course introduces you to the major topics, concepts and theories comprising organizational psychology. You will gain a better understanding of human behavior in a wide range of organizations, as well as important contributing cognitive processes and emotions. As such, organizational psychology is an applied field relevant to virtually all work settings (and many non-work settings).

This programme will benefit working professionals in human resource or whose job requires them to interact with others on a frequent basis.
Admission Criteria

Aged 18 and above
Minimum 4 GCE 'O' Level passes (including English Language)
Interested candidates not meeting the minimum criteria can contact us to be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Graduates may proceed to the Diploma in Organisational Psychology Programme.
