Designed for people working in the service, retail and hotel industry, this course equips participants with basic English conversational skills that is relevant to everyday social and workplace scenarios in the Retail, Hotel and F&B industry, empowering them to better perform in their job.
Each session will engage participants in interactive practices designed to improve pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, equipping participants with the confidence and skills to converse fluently in Basic English.
The Certificate in English for Service Literacy Test (SLT) will also compliment our lesson delivery with the use of language lab, which fully prepares participants for the computer-based Service Literacy Test.

Certificate of Proficiency
- Awarded to participants who achieve 75% attendance and pass the class test.
