Ms Elizabeth Lee, Divisional Director, SETSCO
Elizabeth is the Divisional Director of the Biological and Chemical Technology Division in SETSCO.
The organisation provides assessment and consultancy services in the fields of science and
engineering through testing, inspection, applied research and the application of technology for
companies from the USA, UK, UAE, China, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Australia. Elizabeth is a certified
IPEA (Institute of Professional Environmental Practice (USA), Qualified Environmental Professional.
She has been involved in numerous SBS and IAQ investigations in buildings ranging from medical
facilities to commercial and residential buildings, factories and public transport facilities.
Mr Choong Chow Neng, General Manager, G-Energy Pte Ltd
Chow Neng graduated from University of Arizon State University in Mechanical Engineering and has
been in the HVAC and related industries for more than 10 years. He is deeply involved in identifying
potential areas in energy savings within buildings in various industry and countries in Southeast Asia,
conducting preliminary study through spot measurement, comprehensive data acquisition through
instrumentation logging, airconditioning load profile/operation, electrical bill analysis and estimation in
return on investment. He is an Accredited Key Qualified Personnel by Energy Sustainability Unit of NUS.CPD Points
