INTRODUCTION
An organization will reap the benefits of diversity opportunities when staff value diversity and actively promote an inclusive culture involving their colleagues and customers. This workshop seeks to help participants recognize and apply inclusive behaviors, enhance their emotional intelligence and resilience, and increase their capacity to monitor their actions in a diverse service environment.
This course is conducted by Capelle Academy (CET).

- Apply emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and customers in a diverse service environment
