This competency unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to determine customer requirements and sell products and services to meet customers’ needs and expectations.
It consists of the following elements:
- Establish customer requirements
- Recommend products and services
- Address customer objections
- Maximise additional sales opportunities
- Close sale
