In our course you will be introduced to basic concepts and terms of software, system and service Quality Management.

The training is designed to give you a first idea about the responsibilities, the expected results, the methods and the tools of a Quality Management system. Key facts of the course are relevant frameworks for Quality Management, management needs and responsibilities, organizational and especially project needs as well as economical concepts. You will be introduced to principles and basics of “QM-PM ISO 9001:2000”, CMMI® and SPICE assessments and learn about basic concepts of introduction, administratration and improvement a Quality Management Systems.
